2- How to track an order?

Our tracking system is done through the website: https://www.sportspro.com.br/pages/rastrear-pedido. The tracking code is sent to all our customers via email and WhatsApp.

3- How does App Max security work?

App Max is responsible for the customer's money from the beginning of the purchase until the moment the product arrives at your home. Remember that the refund is 100% guaranteed, if the product arrives defective or broken, or even does not arrive at your home, we will refund all your money.

4- What is the delivery time?

Our clients are receiving around 15 to 35 business days. The product will go directly from the manufacturer to your home.

The warranty period is a maximum of 60 business days. If it does not arrive within this period, we will refund your money without any bureaucracy, directly into your bank account.

5- Where does the product come from?

Our suppliers are mostly from the United States, Asia and Europe.

6- Can I pay in installments using a bank slip?

No, installments are only accepted by Credit Card.

7- Is there a guarantee of use?

We have an exchange or refund guarantee if you use it for 7 days and find any manufacturing problems.

8- What if my delivery is delayed?

Rest assured. Your shipment is tracked daily and if the product does not arrive for some unexpected reason, within 60 business days after shipping, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, a 100% refund of the payment will be made.
