FREE SHIPPING to all of Brazil! This means that we deliver to all addresses in Brazil free of charge for our customers!

The products presented in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address registered in our store at the time of order completion. Shipping may be from a distribution center in Brazil or even abroad (USA, Europe, China).

The delivery period is 7 to 15 business days after the order is posted at the Post Office, according to the rules of the Brazilian postal delivery system.

Your order will be shipped immediately after the order's Payment Confirmation and after its Logistics Processing .

Payment Confirmation:

Payment confirmation is done automatically by the payment gateway and is what validates the purchase on our website. For payment to be confirmed, you need to complete your purchase and provide your billing information, which can be by credit card, direct debit or bank slip. Payment confirmation may take 1 to 2 business days to be completed, depending on the rules of the payment gateway and card brands. When you choose to purchase by bank slip, make the payment as soon as possible to speed up the processing of your order.

Post Office Deadline: 7 to 15 business days.

Care when filling in the data:

SPORTS PRO will ensure that the products are sent to the address chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask that the customer carefully fill in the delivery address for their product, so that there are no problems with delivery. The information provided at the time of registration is the sole responsibility of the customer, and SPORTS PRO will not be liable for any charges arising from incorrectly registered data. If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address indicated by the customer, a new product will only be sent upon a new purchase.

An important point is to be sure that there will be someone present at the chosen address, at the scheduled delivery times (business hours). The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products. If no one is found to make the delivery at any of the attempts, address indicated, the recipient must go to the Post Office as soon as possible to collect the product. If it is not collected, the Post Office will return the package to the sender.

The Tracking Code is the only way for you to have access to all information related to the order and delivery attempts. From the moment of shipment, each update of your purchase is updated on our website and, from this information, you know the location of your package.

SPORTS PRO is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address of the order placed in the store, this being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Therefore, we emphasize the care taken when filling in this information.
