Exchange and Return Policy
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The SPORTS PRO team is constantly investing in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;
- The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
- We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer: We provide the measurements of our products in centimeters so that there is no error in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to exchange products due to the customer's regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other reason.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to contato@sportspro.com.br and report:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email registered at the time of purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT
Once all issues regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address to return the product and we will refund you the amount paid for the product and shipping.
FORMS OF COMPENSATION
- Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
- PIX - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY'S ACCOUNT.
